Shipping Options

Periodically, we run "free shipping" incentives. Qualifying orders will be provided with a free shipping option during checkout, and we will pay the "Regular Parcel" shipping costs for that order. The estimated shipping time for Canadian parcels is 2-9 days, and 4-14 days for US parcels. Please be aware that excessively heavy orders, or orders to be shipped to extreme remote locations may be subject to an additional handling fee. A Feelbest representative will be in touch on a per order basis if this is the case.

We have been shipping your favorite products to destinations around the world from our headquarters in Ottawa, Canada for over 12 years now. Along the way our customers have not been shy to tell us that they appreciate having multiple shipping options, so that your packages arrive as you order them. We're pretty proud of that.

Being a Canadian Business, our primary shipping partner is Canada Post. They have done a great job in describing ALL of their shipping options, however the ones listed below are the ones that Feelbest customers can select during checkout.
