How to Shop...
1 When you shop our site, there are many different ways to browse.

At the top right of your screen, Click “Create User” if you are a new user or “Login” if you are a repeat client. You can also take a look at the categories on the left sidebar or link directly to popular brand pages on the right sidebar.
Look over at the products on the front page and click on the name for more information.

Browse the articles and click on the recommended products

Type a word in the search box and click the Search button and use our internal search engine to find related articles or products. As with any search engines, you are more likely to find the product you are looking for by typing one word. If you are looking for Butler Gum Toothpaste for example, type “Butler” OR “Gum” or “toothpaste”.


For the same search, you may use the categories on the left sidebar, for example, click “Health and Beauty” and you will find:

Denture Adhesives
Denture Cleansers
Toothbrushes
And Toothpaste

Among other sub-categories offered under “Health and Beauty”.

These sub-categories lead to the selection of products we carry. You may chose to sort by brand name or by price. If you cannot find the product you are looking for, look in other categories it may be under, or use our internal search engine. If the product is not on our website, please call (1 888 689 9890) or e-mail us to speak with our customer service department. We will be happy to help you get your favorite product!

3 When you click on the name of the product you want, you will see a picture of the product, as well as a description and the price. You may choose the quantity desired and click on "Add to Basket" to add this product to your shopping basket. You can always delete it or change the quantity if you change your mind by clicking on "Shopping cart" and click on the wastebasket on the right side of the table or "update".
4 If you would like to go back to the list of products we offer, click the "Click Here" button and continue with the shopping process, or use the Search Box or categories as mentioned above. If you would like to start fresh and delete everything in your basket, click "Clear Cart".
5 When you have finished browsing and would like to finalize your order, click on the "Shopping Cart" button on the left side of every page. You will see everything that is in your basket. You now have the opportunity to modify quantities, delete items and view the total cost of your order before calculating shipping and handling.
6 Once you are satisfied with the quantities and ready to choose a shipping option and pay for your order, click  "Checkout".

If you are logged in, your email address will appear at the top right corner of the screen to indicate you are logged in. Please proceed to step

If you are not logged in, it will ask you to enter your login information or to create your login by clicking on “New User”. If you are a new customer, please click on "New User". Fill out the billing information as requested for billing purposes and make sure to fill everything with a red star next to it. And click on "Create".

If you would like to have your purchases sent to the same address as your billing address or an address you have shipped to before, please use the drop down box on the top of the page. You will find any previously entered billing address and, when applicable, addresses you used for shipping if you previously ordered from Feelbest.com.

If you would like your order shipped to a different address than your billing address, click on “Enter Shipping Information” under the Billing Information fields. A Shipping Information box will appear and you can fill in the shipping address desired here. Once you are complete, click on “Create”.
8 You will then be asked to enter your Password. This password can be changed later if you wish.
9 Once you are successfully logged-in, your email address will appear at the top right corner of the screen. At this point, you can return to the Home page, you can continue to shop online, you can view your cart to make any changes or you can checkout.
10 The system will ask you to confirm your address one last time. Please use the “Comments” box if you wish to add any comments such as special delivery instructions, Gift Note etc. Click on “Move to Shipping” once you are ready.
11 Please use the drop down box to pick the shipping address. You will find any previously entered billing address and, when applicable, addresses you used for shipping if you previously ordered from Feelbest.com. Click on “Shipping Options”.
12 You will see a few options based on your shipping address and the weight and value of your order. ATTENTION: The system defaults to the first option. Xpress Post and Expedited are insured and traceable. Air mail and Surface mail are NOT insured and NOT traceable, meaning that if your parcel is lost or damaged, you will not receive compensation. Once you have made your selection, click on "Go to Payment Options".

You can pay using our fully secure online submission of credit card information. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Sears Canada. You may select to Phone/Fax your payment, but keep in mind this will delay your order. Click on “Confirm Order” once you are complete.

Call our toll-free phone number (1 888 689 9890) and give us your information verbally or using voice mail. Outside North America please call 1-613-234-4643 or fax the information to us at 1 877 504 5995 (from anywhere in North-America). Outside North-America, please use the following fax number 1-613-234-8432.
14 You are almost done!! You will confirm your order and the shipping and billing information. Click on the "Place Order" button if you are satisfied with the information provided. If you click on "Cancel" your shipping basket will be emptied and no information will be submitted. Click on "Place Order" to submit your information to finalize your order.

You may print out the order confirmation page with your order number, your customer number, and your full order. You will also receive an email to the email provided with your order confirmation information.
